Our Master Cheesemaker is currently in Undredal, Norway, where the traditional goat milk serum cheese "Brun" is made. A wonderful place situated on the banks of Norway's longest fjord (200 km). 65 inhabitants including 3 farmers owning 400 goats in total and making this rare pearl.
