I would like to say thank you to all those 200 people, who have liked this/my Zhineng Qigong Zentrum ZQ4U page! I feel honored and be happy and a little bit proud, that you obviously like my efforts to give some detailed information about this very special and most effective qigong form, that ever exists before. Thank you by all my heart - and with my heart very respectfully for each of you! We're a great Zhineng Qigong family in all aware-, and mindfulness. HYLT! :-)

A few words about the Zhineng Qigong instruction classes in Germany ... I am educating at the "German Paracelsus natural healing schools" Zhineng Qigong instructors for several years, who can go their way further to become a Zhineng Qigong teacher since last year in my Zhineng Qigong training center in Bad Segeberg, which is also well established within the last few years, Once I've choosen the Paracelsus schools for the “Zhineng Qigong Instructor's Certificate” because these schools still have a good reputation - a certificate from these schools still counts in Germany. I’m teaching Zhineng Qigong in Kiel, Oldenburg and Saarbrücken. Between the instructor and the Zhineng Qigong teacher lie two years of own Qigong practice and several seminars to deepen all the exercises - only then my gongyou can take their Zhineng Qigong teacher examination .... but they don’t need to do! Everyone has as much time as he needs - each Gongyou decides for himself, if he wants to take the exam, and whether he wants it at all. For in Germany, these trainings are usually made beside the professional jobs, which mustn’t be forgotten. I’m not teaching in this way for economic reasons, but because I meet as well the guidelines of the “German Central Testing Center for Prevention” as also the original Zhineng Qigong: Zhineng Qigong teachers have learned previously from Laoshi Pang Ming each level for a whole year. Since in Germany there is no daily practice possible over a whole year, I have decided for the variant just described. Yes, I have adapted a Chinese method concerning several exercises a little bit to German rules and contents (but I have NOT changed them!) Because you simply have to look, where one lives, and align oneself. It seems appropriate for me to take good care of my students, who are, of course, mainly of German origin. Master Wei Qifeng told me I should do everything like my country needs it and how it fits into my country. That's exactly what I've done. My country is a "developing country” concerning Qigong. We have even more war in our reference system than we are fond of. What we Germans are mastering in perfection is to work, we’re really very hard working people – that’s the reason, why Zhineng Qigong is so important to us. Otherwise we become ill because of our very dominant ego. But we have the Zhineng Qigong method gratefully accepted as a way, that leads us to ourselves, and we love this method - full of respect and mindfulness . In my classes, practice level 1 instructors - or even normal students - do NOT ONLY learn the “LCU”, but also other separated and a little simplified exercises from level two - such as "Leading qi along the channels, that her is called “Qi tapping”. Reason: in Germany nobody would visit and pay a week or month course, in which only one or two exercises are practiced. Someday, of course, it will be like this - but until then, participants have time to empathize into Zhineng Qigong. Every gongyou will be "within the method" anyway until the teacher's examination, which is exactly the same examination like in China: written examination, perseverance, knowledge of level 2, and the moderation of the LCU. All in all, this concept has established itself very well in Germany - not to say excellent! It runs - courses are well attended, the training classes partly overcomplete, so that the number of participants has now been limited to 10 participants. After all, an instructor and / or later teacher, should finally be able to lead through the exercises - as the term EXERCISE LEADER actually says. But whether you believe it or not, many people who`re taking part to my training courses don’t waste any thought about this! Sometimes there are participants, who actually "just wanted to get to learn a little bit about Qigong". The fact that they have booked a TRAINING course, and that they will also meet one of the most effective healing methods of the Qigong, which are existing - they aren’t aware of it! Something like that happens - and not even rarely. I practice my task as Zhineng Qigong teacher as carefully as possible, and deep out of my heart. Heart energy & mindfulness for my "pupils" are important for me - because every student is an individual. Nevertheless, we are all on the same path - a teacher only walks a few steps ahead, but is and always remains also a student. He isn’t as usual in the German school system, the "big boss". It is also important to me that the gongyou will learn the form of Zhineng Qigong with their exercises and, above all, how to grasp them as a teacher or exercise leader.. Most importantly for me is, to encourage my students to find deep within themselves what is already inside - and to train their mind. The truth is, that just what is dormant in them, has moved them to book the training. That which lies deep within, that primordial, also distinguishes one teacher from the other - therefore every leader / teacher will be different and always will have gongyous. Because a student always is finding his teacher, it is never reversed! For this reason a "competitive" thinking of the head is completely unnecessary, and wasted qi. At the upcoming symposium I would like to explain these things again. It can’t hurt, however, if you ever get an idea about the reason why in Germany everything is a little bit different managed than in China - but leads to the same results. It is an art and a true task to convey a Chinese method as originally as possible and for a different culture as understandable as possible. It is like a mother, who takes her child by the hand and teaches him to walk lovingly .... :-) HYLT!

Ich krame gerade in älteren Texten und Beiträgen von mir, und habe diesen kleinen Text dabei gefunden, schaut mal: DAS AUGE DES UNIVERSUMS Das LEBEN eines Menschen dauert für das Universum ungefähr einen AUGENSCHLAG… Bei unserer Geburt öffnet sich das Auge, und wenn wir hineinschauen könnten, würden wir hier all das finden, was uns ausmacht und was wir wahrhaftig sind… ...das bringen wir mit in unser Leben. Das Auge des Universums sieht, während wir leben, unsere Erfahrungen und alle Schritte, die wir gehen und nicht gehen… Das Universum kennt unsere Bestimmungen und beobachtet still, wie wir damit umgehen... es sieht unsere Emotionen, Ängste, Sorgen, aber auch unsere Freude, unsere Entfaltung und unser Glück! Im Auge des Universums spiegelt sich unser gesamtes Leben, weil wir in jeder Lebensminute stets mit ihm verbunden sind… diesen einen Augenschlag lang. Das Universum ist unendlich, es verfügt über unendlich viele Augenschläge...und so sind wir alle, alles was lebt, auch miteinander verbunden...in der Ruhe und Stille der Augenschläge. Jedesmal, wenn sich das Auge des Universums schließt, ist die Lebenszeit eines Menschen zuende. Unsere Lebenszeit spielt für das Universum keine Rolle, denn es öffnet und schließt seine Augen... ebenso wie wir. Alles, was wir sind und wie wir uns in unseren Leben entwickeln, alles ist im Universum für ewig gespeichert. Nichts und niemand geht je verloren… alles ist FÜR IMMER mit allem verbunden. When we are born the eye opens and if we could look into this eye we would find here anything that makes us individual and how pure we are, deep inside of ourselves ... ... we bring all this individuality into our lives. The eye of the universe watches during our lives all our experiences and all the steps we go and don't go ... The universe knows our rules and observes silently how we deal with it ... it sees our emotions, fears, worries, but also our joy, our development and our happiness! In the eye of the universe our whole life is reflected, because we are always connected with him in every minute of life ... this one long stroke. The universe is infinite, it has an infinite number of eye blinks ... and so we are all connected with each other ... in the peace and quiet of these eye blinks. Every time when the eye of the universe closes, a person's life is over. Our lifetime plays no part in the universe because it opens and closes his eyes ... just like we do it.
