Karolina Maciejewska is the founder of yoga.iho. She works with confidence and skill to tailor the treatment to meet your needs and assist in your well-being.
She is reliable, open-minded, supportive and encourages the practice of loving kindness and life in harmony and balance on a daily basis.

Since 2002 Karolina has regularly participated in health and well-being orientated workshops and trainings.
In 2004 she was introduced to yoga, which became her lifetime practice.

After many years experience of working and leading groups of people (staff supervision; advertising …) she decided to change career path and develop her previous passion into a profession.
She started her yoga teaching experience in 2008.
Karolina studied with Iyengar Yoga teachers in Poland: Adam Bielewicz, Paweł Makal, Jurek Jagucki, Piotr Künstler.
She completed teacher training with Nicky Knoff in Australia and she also studied with Judith Hanson-Lasater, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Jacky Nett.

Karolina speaks Polish, English and limited French.

Qualifications:
• Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with the Yoga Alliance ®
• Diploma of Aromatherapy
• Diploma of Remedial Massage
• Diploma of Polarity Therapy
• an Accredited Member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS)
