Nestled in next to Jacks Bar at the Chaudanne, and 50m from the main ski lifts, Evo is not always easy to spot but once you find us you'll keep coming back.

In the depths of interseason, it's always good to keep the brain ticking over. So join us this Saturday night from 7pm for a night of fine food and another dose of Evolution's Quiz! The quiz will kick off at 10.30pm sharp! The Menu will be a Meat Platter at €18 per person , featuring Faux Filet, BBQ Ribs, Chicken Goujons, Pork Belly, Prawns and all served with homemade chips, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms and salad.
