ARTHUR DONOVAN Will be playing his keyboard and singing a few songs at La Grandevallee Bar on Sunday 15th October between 5pm -7pm. Glad to say ARTHUR has recovered from his recent health problem and we look forward to his visit on Sunday. Hope to see all our friends.

A big thankyou to Paul Rich Andy and Josh for fishing La Grande Vallee l apologise sincerely that you miss two days of your week due to time wasters, but hey ho it turned out great in the end. Weather was great the fish were happy to take your hooks and the main thing was you enjoyed the days you had. Hope you had a great trip home and hope to see you again soon. Love to the families. I want to say a big thankyou to the lads from Norwich for last weeks visit and fishing at La Grande Vallee. It was a great week you all had catches even Darren who had only fished once before. Well done all of you it was a pleasure having you all here even though there was late nights (early mornings) in the bar , you were all great fun and thankyou for our dinner out friday evening. NOTICE further to my post of 10th July regarding the terrible treatment to my carp here at La Grande Vallee that has occured since the commencement of this years fishing season in March, l am posting a photo of the damage to a 19lbs carp that somebody caused by using braid which is banned at my lakes and the horrific handling of dehooking their catch. As l stated only clients that are dedicated to their sport of carping will be considered on the lakes in future. NO DAY FISHING NO NOVICES. This is the first time in seventeen years anybody has mishandled and damaged carp here and this is recent damage from the last 7 months. I am really disappointed in whoever is responsible total disrespect to the sport.
