Strategic Organization Design Unit
Description
The Strategic Organization Design (SOD) Unit at the University of Southern Denmark aspires to excel in research and inspire enthusiastic scholarship. Our research focuses on the intersection of strategy and organization, in particular on topics such as the strategic organization of search, learning, and innovation processes. To address these topics, we use mathematical and computational models, economic experiments, and empirical methods. (See also http://www.sod-research.com/research)
Our teaching exposes students to the state of the art in strategy and organization research. Rather than teaching only business frameworks, we want our students to become familiar with important theoretical concepts that allow them to critically solve problems on their own.
