FxPulp is regulated under MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive), a European Union law that provides a harmonized regulatory regime for investment services across the European Economic Area.

Furthermore, we are a member of the Investor Compensation Fund for Customers of Cypriot Investment Firms (CIFs) and other Investment Firms (IFs) which are not credit institutions (the “Fund”).

Last but not least, FxPulp is registered in FSA Register (Financial Services Authority). As we are fully regulated under CySEC, we are recognized by FSA as a regulated financial firm in the European Economic Area (EEA) in which we accept investors from Europe.
