Shops and bars can be found 200 metres from the property. The beach is 450 metres away. Numerous sports activities such as tennis, football and diving can be found within a 200-metre radius.
The centre of Zadar is 3.5 km away. Bus stop can be reached within 20 meters and the Main Bus Station is 4 km away. Zadar Airport is 12 km away. Airport Shuttle transfer can be arranged against a surcharge.

Kultur Shock in the framework of the European tour on the regarding of 20 years of appearances and in the Zadar! The first time since way back in 2009, when they appeared in our Villa and they in front of a large audience performed great concert at the Zadar Five Wells, the globally famous musical group of outlaws and tonal rebels performing again in Zadar, and to the market at St. Dominica on Thursday August 4!
