Marine Consulting is member of DIV group which is by far the largest group specialized in processing, manufacturing and trading machine parts and metal products in the Croatian market and one of the leaders in Europe and in the world. The group owns several sheet metal processing factories and since 2013 also Shipbuilding Industry Split Inc., one of the largest Croatian shipyards.
