The name itself (Tinel Longo), points out that it's not a regular villa.
The word Tinel comes from an old Dalmatian word that means „living room“, and Longo is the owners’ family nickname.
Why Tinel? Because we want you to feel in our house just as comfortable as you would in your own home.
Despite the fact that the house sits only few minutes from the heart of town, you can expect a pampering peace and quiet in our residence.
The size of the interior is 150 square meters, with a large terrace with covered patio and is suitable for a maximum of eight people . The Villa has three floors, three bedrooms (2 master suites and 1 kids’ room) with en-suite three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen. Tinel Longo is fully equipped with A/C and heating throughout the entire house and it provides all the comfort you need to make this your home away from home. There are two flat televisions and wifi thought the entire residence.
Parking is off-site and it is available for free.
The house was rebuilt as an eco-friendly house, so all our devices are eco-friendly: warm water is heated through a renewable energy source.
