The E.C. has recently published the H2020 Work Programme for the next three years. More than 600 calls are open and forecast. This includes many changes and restructures such as making the SME instrument fully 'bottom up' and announcing that the Commission will introduce face-to-face interviews to the proposal evaluation system. Therefore it is essential, for those dealing with European projects, to understand and be in a position to implement the E.C.’s own (PM²) project management methodology. For this reason, we have designed and launched series of trainings on project design and implementation of the PM² methodology in Horizon 2020 funded projects.
