Villa Botanica has a beautiful garden where there are more than 60 types of unique plants, pool with waterfalls, outside jacuzzi and a dozen of different palms around the pool. The vila is surrounded by greenery and it gives the feeling of a remote area away from urban life. In the garden, there is a barbecue with a covered heated gazebo for real gourmets. Rental notes
A security deposit of 500 EUR is required on arrival which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages to the property.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required when the booking is made.
Weekly price includes: 7 nights accommodation, initial and final cleaning, laundry (linen and towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, gas, water, electricity, wifi internet access, tourist tax, registration fee.
