In the second part of the workshop guests cleaned and ate all the fish and in the evening we enjoyed the performance of klapa Tramuntana. See for yourself how fun it was :)

This morning we had fun on the fish salting workshop where we learned a lot about this old tradition of preparing fish. Join us afternoon at 4:30 p.m. when we are going to taste this delicious dish. Finish the day with beautiful sounds of Klapa Tramuntana, starts at 8 p.m. :)

Ovaj vikend, 9. - 11. lipnja, Trattorija Glavotok organizira Dane plave ribe! U subotu ujutro sudjelujte s nama na radionici soljenja ribe i naučite kako su to radili naši stari, a poslijepodne degustirajte slane ribice uz domaći kruh. Cijeli vikend očekuje vas poseban riblji menu koji su za vas složili naši vrijedni kuhari. Otkrijte tradicionalna jela i specijalitete po kojima je Jadransko more nadaleko poznato, a sve zalijte kojom čašom krčke Žlahtine. U subotu navečer zapjevajte i zaplešite uz morske zvukove klape Tramuntana. „Pisma za dušu“, kako se obično kaže za klapsku glazbu, zaokružit će ovaj prekrasan morski vikend.
