Our family is owner of brand new Villa located in Kono area of Dubrovnik, being 7-10 minutes walking distance from the Old Town.
The villa is named "Ankora" (Croatian version of English word “anchor”) as few family members' profession is shipping.
But, besides of their profession, all family members are dedicated to the sea in their everyday life.

The Villa is consisted of 6 apartments and managed by us living in house close to the property, so family members are on duty 24/7,
ready to make your stay in the Villa relaxed and to help you locally.

The language of communication is English but this web site is translated into other languages for your convenience.
There is half covered swimming pool on site with hydro-massage bench in the pool. The pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests.
Pool heater will not function when air temperature is at or below 15C/59F. Close to the swimming pool and above it is small sun deck for five persons with
sun beds but guests can use their own balconies for sunbathing (and large terrace for ground floor Deluxe apartment only).
There are 3-4 parking lots on site i.e. in closed garden of the Villa.
Also, the guests have possibility to use outdoor barbecue, free of charge.
Additional beds, child seats and baby cots are available on request.
The family provides service of provisioning of food and drinks and other goods if requested by guests in advance. The reasonable fee will be charged for this service.

Transportation from/to the airport or otherwise can be arranged on request of guests on reasonable price.
In case of need for medical or dentist care, we will take care of you.
Our medical partner in Dubrovnik is MarinMed offering 10% discount for our guests.
Working time during tourist season is from 7 to 24.
If you are interested for arrangement of tickets for various events in Dubrovnik during your stay, including drama, concerts, exhibitions, museums, boat cruises, excursions or recommendation to restaurants etc. it will be arranged as per your request.
The Villa can be rented as a whole having 7 double bedrooms and 3 double sofa beds and 7 bathrooms (shower rooms). Villa Ankora, as a whole, sleeps 14 persons
(+ 8 on double sofa beds). The special discount is provided for renting of the Villa as a whole.
