A French modern eatery by Chef Paul Pairet Mr & Mrs Bund is French, in the manner of Chef Paul Pairet: born, traveled, and globally stamped.
Contemporary, but not stuffy. Relaxed, without sacrificing an ounce of chic. We serve populist French favourites, through Pairet's looking glass. Service is family-style, recast for a modern table, and the wine list includes 32 wines by the glass.
Opened in April 2009, Mr & Mrs Bund is supported by the Shanghai-based F&B Group VOL. The group is also behind Bar Rouge, and another dining creation of Chef Paul Pairet - Ultraviolet.

"Orange and orange tart" dissected - the orange counterpart of the famous lemon and lemon tart - whole candied orange, orange sorbet and curd, vanilla chantilly, crumbs. Personally I prefer the more citrusy lemon one but this was wonderful as well. The theatrics of this dish (like the lemon one) was unbelievable - presented as a complete and unbroken orange, when cut open, reveals layer upon layer of meaningfully stacked flavors, colors and textures 😍 #mrandmrsbund #bund18 #mmbund
