Hey friends, for tonights features we are sticking to some classic hardy flavours. We will be running our braised beef short ribs infused with Jakemans maple syrup and Gibsons rye served with frites and sauteed vegetable medley As well as a creole crawfish cake with Cajun fries, chipotle aioli and baby pea shoots dressed with citrus chili oil.

Brock and the culinary team had some fun making these beautiful maki rolls for yesterday’s features. They were stuffed with ginger and soy grilled striploin, sautéed mushrooms, pea shoots, fresh wasabi as well as a wasabi aioli and Japanese soy.

Hello once again, friends of Finkle Street! For this year’s Saint Patrick’s Day celebration; Chef Brock and the culinary team have come up with some features they think you’re sure to enjoy! With a mix of our incredible local ingredients and a touch of Irish tradition we’ve got something to keep the spirit alive and merry all day!🍀 Tomorrow’s soup will be a Classic Irish Stew with shredded beef from our ever popular braised short ribs. The lunch sandwich will be a savoury Toasted Corned Beef with cheddar, pickled onions and Dijon on our 12 grain bread. We will also be offering a Braised Lamb Shepherd’s Pie topped with golden creamy mashed potatoes served in a mini cast iron skillet. For dinner we will keep the Irish Stew rolling but also offer; Our Short Ribs braised in Murphy’s stout with boxty (Irish potato pancakes) braised turnip and fried leeks. And a delicious Mussels and Chips Steamed with caramelized onion and ale; served along side our hand cut Yukon Gold French fries and garnished with edible seaweed. As many of our regular customers know chef Brock Skevington and the kitchen team like making hot sauces. Our newest batch has habanero peppers as the base with a hint of citrus, ginger, and green onion. If you like a good challenge come on in and try a pound of wings with this Amazonian strength hot sauce. Please enjoy responsibly 😄

Hello all, tonight’s finkle street features will be... Peppercorn crusted New York striploin on sautéed fingerling potatoes, smoked cafe mushrooms, and parsnip purée. Finished with red wine demi glaze. And.... Tortilla crusted pickerel on Dijon and spice roasted potato wedges, pineapple salsa, and green onion sauce.
