Our staff of seasoned teachers will guide you through your practice with care and attention. We motivate, energize and enthuse you throughout the class. Our boutique carries the latest affordable, stylish and unique Yoga wear. New items are added often. Fabulous finds for the discriminating yogi.
Our series is designed to systematically work the entire body, the heat promotes deep stretching, prevents injury, and flushes toxins. The series of postures stimulates all of the organs, glands, and nerves. A regular practice helps restore health to each system by moving fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of the body.
