Hello everyone! I've got some exciting news. There is a new clinic in Regina called joshua tree. We are in the early stages of planning an art therapy group!!! I was thinking for kiddos but could run one for adults as well. The groups would be appropriate for individuals struggling with various forms of anxiety or depression. What do you think? Interested? Or do you know anyone who might benefit?? Let me know!

This looks like a great tool!
