Week two of or FeBREWary menu rolls out tomorrow! In collaboration with Beaus All Natural Brewing Co and the amazing beers we are featuring all month long were doing a burger and wing plate every Wed-Thurs. This week, paired with EmBitterment, a 7% IPA brewed with two types of fresh mint we have a very special burger. It's a beef belly patty ground in house topped with pickled hot finger chilis, mint-garlic chutney, bib lettuce, charred tomato jam and aioli. Served with a side of plain old French fries this baby is built to impress and pairs perfectly with the herby hoppy freshness of this unique IPA. We're also serving up some lemon grilled wings with smoked honey, rosemary, black pepper and mint for those that just wanna dunk hot wings in beer like cookies and milk:)

Febrewary - Beaus

Hey hey hey baby its FeBREWary again and that means some pretty special beers from our good friends at Beaus All Natural Brewery! To celebrate these special one offs Sean and Amy have come up with a different burger and chicken wing pairing to go with each weeks new release. Yeah that's right, you heard us, u21 is doing burgers and wings and you best believe it's gonna be righteous just the brews that inspired it! This week to pair with Tyrannosaurus Gruit, a 5.8% Gruit Ale brewed with hibiscus, beets, red malt, spruce tips and juniper were doing a lamb burger! But not just any lamb burger, this one's loaded with Amys Thundering KASUNDI relish, hibiscus yogurt, pickled beets, charred red onion and arugula on a sesame seed bun! We're putting all that down next to a pile of perfectly crispy squash fries for dipping up all the extra sauce! The wing plate this week is a dry rubbed wing with a juniper/chili/garlic/fennel spice blend and a sugar beet-cayenne glaze! The bright, fragrant and sometimes spicy notes of this beer are a wonderful foil for these dishes. Both bring an earthy quality to the table that just when it becomes too much it's wiped clean by bright spots of citrus, pine and floral spice tones! A real beauty!
