This week our Gr.1 classes went to West Edmonton Mall for their Marine Life field trip!. They were excited to see real life African penguins, fed turtles, saw and learned the difference between turtles and tortoises, saw lizards, snakes, sharks, learned the difference between a seal and sea lion and watched a sea lion show. The students and staff had an amazing time!

Thank you to the Kinette Club of Vegreville for their Random Acts of Kindness. What a great surprise for a Friday 💓

We had a wonderful day learning about Iqaluit with the grade 2 in school fieldtrip!

Our Kindercare Class has had enough of the cold weather... we have decided to launch into space to escape it !

Attention Families: Due to the forecast our Winter Carnival for tomorrow is postponed. As a staff we will be looking at trying to reschedule for a date in March.

Grade 6 parents, due to the temperature and wind chill, skiing has been postponed. The grade 6 teachers will let you know when it has been rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding as we consider the safety of students and supervisors.

Further to our information regarding busing being canceled for February 14 (as of 9:43, EIPS website still indicates only the morning), we have decided to cancel the grade 5/6 basketball practice for tomorrow after school.
