Uxbridge Skating Club
Description
USC is a non-profit organization offering learn to skate and figure skating lessons under the Skate Canada system.
We offer a variety of skating programs including learn-to-skate programs (PreCanSkate and CanSkate) and figure skating (StarSkate). We also have a new program designed to assist high level CanSkaters and new Level 1 StarSkaters to adjust to the StarSkate program and more independent skating (Rising Stars).
Group lessons are carried out by NCCP certified Skate Canada coaches in the CanSkate and StarSkate programs. Private coaching is also available for StarSkaters.
StarSkaters and high level CanSkaters have the opportunity to compete in various competitions in Eastern Ontario and beyond, as well as experience testing for skills, free skate and dances at Test Days.
Throughout the season we offer a variety of special events like Skating with Santa, Family Skate, Halloween Dress Up, Wacky Clothes Day and more!

Did you know that the USC has a synchro team? Infinity Synchro is made up of many of our own level 1 and 2 StarSkaters, and is coached by Natalie Floyd. Check out these pictures from their practice this morning, and check them out in person next Wednesday, February 3rd at 5:55 (right before CanSkate). They will be doing a simulation skate of their 'Game Show' themed program in preparation for their upcoming competition at the Elementary level!
