Fire Service instruction is often delivered by experienced, active personnel with years of experience. Fire Officer standards demand company officers train firefighting crews knowledge and skills, and provide feedback and evaluate them on a continual basis.  The FLMS supports training staff and firefighters with instant access to up to date information and automatic documentation.  And as the science and art of firefighting evolves, training curriculum and practical individual and company exercises need to change.  Where static textbooks go out of date the moment they are printed, content within the FLMS can be updated, and Fire Department personnel have immediate access to changes.  Time and cost from publishing to distribution is zero.
