I can’t stress the importance of this enough. Water is essential in being able to maintain focus throughout the day, it’s probably just as if not more important than a good night’s sleep. People who are dehydrated may experience fatigue, lack of focus or concentration, and potentially even headaches. Here are some tips for making sure you consume enough water daily:

Buy a reusable water bottle that you love, whether it be a colourful water bottle or a huge stainless steel water bottle, you’re more likely to use it if you want to use it!

For water bottle’s 250ml and over, place 4 elastic bands at the bottom of your water bottle at the start of the day, and aim to move all 4 to the top (1 for every bottle of water you drink) by the end of the day.
