Yoga Star is a multi-studio yoga, health, and wellness centre opening up in our neighbourhood of Parkdale and Roncesvalles Village! Yoga Star is a 2,800 square foot, multi-studio yoga, health, and wellness centre opening up in our neighbourhood of Parkdale and Roncesvalles Village. We are excited to offer sun-drenched yoga practice ranging in focus from relaxation to strength building; a meditation room; children, youth, baby & parent programs; and a range of services from nutrition and acupuncture to psychotherapy and massage.

Mamas, Babies, and Crawlers, join us TODAY! Let Lisa Antoszek guide you through a fun strengthening yoga class for postpartum mamas and their non-crawling and crawling babies. We'll work on strengthening the areas of the body that are typically weak on postnatal moms, like the glutes, pelvic floor, and abs. Diastasis Recti? We'll work on that too. We'll also stretch the whole body, focusing extra on the chest, back, and legs. Come and connect with other local mamas. No yoga experience necessary.
