Toronto Zen Centre
Description
The Toronto Zen Centre was founded in 1967 by Roshi Philip Kapleau to provide a supportive environment for the authentic study & practice of Zen Buddhism. In Buddhism, we say there are no accidents. If you feel a pull towards the Buddha’s teaching and would like to explore further or would like to enhance your own peace of mind or spiritual practice, we invite you to the Toronto Zen Centre. The best place to begin is at an Introductory Workshop with Roshi Henderson: http://www.torontozen.org/courses.html
