Over the last three years, the team at our Halifax financial centre raised $118,000 for Manuary. The proceeds go to the QEII Health Sciences Centre Foundation to support head and neck cancer research and to assist families fighting the disease. Members from the office grew beards to show their support and then attended a dinner at the Lord Nelson hotel with representatives from the foundation. We're very proud of managing director Rob Caissie and his team. Thank you for rallying your community to give back to an important cause!

Welcoming Syrian refugees: Desjardins calls on you to make a donation | Desjardins
Desjardins Group donated $50,000 to the Canadian Red Cross to help with the resettlement of Syrian refugees. We’ve also reached out to resettlement agencies to make it easier for the newcomers to set up their first Canadian bank accounts. President and CEO Monique Leroux said, “Once again, Desjardins has shown its commitment to the economic and social well-being of those in need.”
