Hello everyone, we at THYME will begin our Summer Hours effective immediately, we will be closed for dinner hours, however will reopen for dinner hours at our new location in September. We will honor all reservations that have been made to date for dinner, and we will open our restaurant for special occasions for groups of 10 or more in the evening. We at THYME have new exciting cooking classes coming up! March 28, 2018 - prepare delicious mouthwatering desserts with our award winning pastry chef Vimal. This exciting hands on course will enable you to prepare the following: Classic Opera pastry, Molten Chocolate Cake, a spectacular carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and you will learn dessert garnishing and cake decorating. This class will be held from 6 - 9 PM, and cost is $ 80.00. We also will be offering another French Cuisine Class - This class will have the French Gourmet Classics. This hands on class will enable you to prepare Coquille St. Jacques, Chateaubriand (for 2), and White Chocolate Crème Brulee! We are offering two dates for this class March 27 and April 8th. Both from 6 - 9pm. Cost is $ 95.00 for each class. Enjoy your creations along with a complimentary glass of wine. Reserve early, as classes are limited to 12 and spaces book up very quickly.
