Attention Lunch Bunch In partnership with Sussex & Area Wellness Network we will be offering two FREE lunch time classes next week. Monday and Wednesday Classes will be a GO Sweat - all bodyweight format and also will be held outside across the street at Leonard's Gate at the normal time 12:10 pm. Please feel free to drop stuff at studio before you head over.

Celebrate all of the strong women in your life this Mother's Day @GOtrainFitness with a special Barre Class! All levels are welcome, bring friends, Aunts, Cousins, Mothers, Grandmothers, anyone you want to celebrate with! Sunday, May 14th: Class is 9:30-10:15am. Members: FREE Non-Member: $5 drop in fee What is Barre? Barre is a full body workout that fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training and stretching. We use small, isometric repetitions that work your muscle to fatigue. The movements are low impact and will strengthen and sculpt your body by building lean muscle.
