Dedication to sheer passionate invention, from scratch! Fresh organic herbs, pulled from the garden that day, enhance dishes prepared by John and Domonique and give a punch of flavour that speaks of real food. John smokes his own feta and makes his own smooth, rich paté, among many other delicacies, offering a uniqueness to his menu rarely found.
Many clients have been wondering where to find John Kavanagh after his Des Gitans days in New Westminister. John joined Wolfie's at White Rock Beach as Chef in '96. Two and a half years later he purchased Wolfie's, continued with his success and sold in '05 to become the new owner of Seahorse Grill in Crescent Beach!
