As a coach, I get askd everyday for exercise programs, and I am absolutely glad to help. Sometimes I get asked how often should I change my program, my answer is always "when it stops working". That means when you stop seeing progress (weight loss, strength, toning). Is it every month? Every two months? Usually every 6 weeks is good to switch up. But here's the thing...you dont stop doing that first program..its now part of your workout repertoire, you include it each week with your new one. I recently pulled out my 2014 contest book I wrote and got back on that one cause I know it worked for me in 2014. Ill run this one for a few months til progress slows and then ill add some variety to it. I hope this answers some of your concerns over programming :).
