1) Longer membership terms that help us to build our business & bring YOU more health & fitness opportunities!
2) Qualifying as an older active adult (50+), a family (living under the same roof!) or pair (sign up as workout buddies or a couple), an active student of any age registered in any educational program or institution focused on bettering their skills & our community, or a person employed or volunteering in civil service (municipality or county, emergency services, armed forces, hospitals, and/or schools), or by referring someone or bringing a friend. Please PM us for our reduced rates.
3) If you would like an open gym membership or key fob access. Key fobs ensure you get full access, 365 days a year! We reserve the right to change our open gym hours without notice.

Training, group coaching, clinics, & classes that require a progression of skills may be subject to additional fees. In the summer time we have overhead doors that we open up to our paved outdoor training space. Inside we keep cool with A/C! We are in a brand new location that is all newly renovated! We have showers, an open 1000 SF turf space complete with sled/stroops elastics/plyo boxes & MORE!, as well as the most unique equipment we can find so your workouts are always on the cutting edge of something new...keeping your body guessing & your mind motivated! We take great pride in our customer service & offering a friendly & helpful team, a well as community, on site to answer your questions. 100% of your investment in TFI will go right back into upgrading & bettering our facility & equipment! We want to be the best part of yours & your families day! That's our guarantee!

I was debating whether or not to train myself this morning after an early start coaching. Then, BAM, this video happened. Sometimes I get so busy managing our facility & studying that I forget why I got into Kinesiology to start with! (And I am humbly reminded again just how much work there is to do on awareness when the internet thinks I am spelling a word that doesn't exist when I say 'Kinesiology').What is important to me helping others is to help myself.
