Description
Offering railway day excursions on board 1920 vintage train departing from Stettler AB Alberta Prairie offers train excursions lasting from five to six hours traveling on a 42.4 mile round-trips. All excursions include a full course buffet meal at destination, on board entertainment, time to do some sightseeing, and usually a train robbery. You will experience life at a slower pace and meet lots of new friends as you travel through some of the prettiest countryside in Alberta. There is lots of wildlife and learn about this traditional form of transportation.

A quick video from today of our GP9 7438 switching two tank cars at the station in Stettler. Our passenger train is in the background. Sorry about the wobble at the start. I'd just stepped out of the shop and they started to move. If you're looking for something to do on the long weekend come ride with us on Saturday.
