Inclusive fitness for every generation! Specializing in group fitness including Zumba(r), Zumba Kids(r) Ballerobica, Body Weight and Portable Equipment. I am a CanFit Pro Certified Group Instructor, an AFLCA Certified Group Instructor, designated in Group Fitness with Portable Equipment and Choreography. I am trained in Zumba(r), Zumba Sentao(r), Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids JR(r), Zumba Glutes(r) and Zumba Core(r), and Ballerobica, Moveball, Moveball Gentle, and Moveball Transform, Fitness Kickboxing Canada. Available as well, Pilates Mat and Cardio Fit Ball Classes.

It is with a very heavy heart that I am making this announcement... effective immediately, the Smoky Lake studio will be closing... I am finding it difficult to balance family and work and still be able to offer you the commitment you deserve. It has been an amazing 5 years and I am blessed to have known each and every one of you💕 your support and friendship means the world to me!! Generation FIIT will stay online and continue to offer online and personal support, as well as challenges.
