facebook.comThe checklist document that was dropped off at your home a few weeks ago, should be filled out and dropped off at #17. So far, I only have 26. I would prefer not to have to phone each and every remaining person to remind them about their obligation in terms of providing current, updated information. Please drop them off.
Tenants: Does anyone know whose cat this is?? It appears to be hanging around Row 2 mostly, but the tenants there do not appreciate it digging up their gardens, bothering the resident pets and basically, just moving in. Please let me know if you're familiar with this cat or we may have to try and get it out of the Park. Thank you.
There is topsoil dumped at the beginning of Row 1 and Row 3. It is for the people to use in the Park for their gardens/flower pots etc. Please don't take truckloads etc., it's for everyone to use if they would like to. Thanks.
Notices will be given out to all tenants of the Park today. As mentioned prior, via postings and my newsletter - recently, when I was attempting to contact tenants in the Park regarding the water issue, 50% of all cell/home numbers that I had been given, were incorrect or not working. I need current email addresses and phone numbers for your contact information. There are also a number of people that are living in the Park that have never registered or filled out any documentation. Everyone who lives in the Park must do so - it is a legality in order to live here. I feel it's also a safety issue in terms of knowing who is supposed to be here and who isn't. I mentioned in my newsletter, that I would appreciate everyone accommodating me in this regard. Fill out the form, drop it off in the mailbox at #17. It is a lot of work and a lot of time doing up these documents; I don't want to have to chase people in order to get current, updated information. Please, fill them out and drop them in the Office mailbox. Thank you.
As most people know, Jim our Park maintenance person has moved and is no longer around the Park. We wish him all the best, a very nice man. We have another lady who is now tackling the Park and grounds etc. Her name is Susan and she said for the people that were getting Jim to help with their yard, she'd be happy as well to do the work. Give her a call if you need weedeating etc. done. Susan's number is: 778 -640 -1163
The water will be turned off briefly. There is a water valve repair taking place at one of the sites. Also, for the people that should be moving their old vehicles out of the compound, Ed at #93 and Brian at #26 have the keys to the compound lock for your information. Thanks.
Go ahead and use the water. It's fine to use. Thanks for your patience.
A TD Visa Debit card was found on the grass by cement pad near Laidlaw if anyone is missing their card.
Good morning tenants. I have heard from the roaming dog's owners this morning via inbox. I had encouraged her to post her comments on our site in order for the tenants to hear her version of what she thinks the situation is. I did not get a confirmation from her - so for some reason, I guess they do not want to. I gather there are tenants that have been forwarding our posts to the neighbours - which, if done for the right reason could end up being very productive and positive. However, I'm surmising it was more out of perhaps stirring up a bit of trouble as opposed to solving any. Unfortunately, I think this whole roaming dog thing is out of my hands - I will not deal with the neighbours any longer, it just is not worth my time, frustration or lack of positive outcome. I don't want any swearing or negative comments going on in terms of a solution for keeping this dog off of our private property - those are best kept for private conversations, not public forums. I would encourage you to keep phoning, texting, messaging the neighbours if you don't want their dog using your yards as a toilet or peeing on your things. If you want to take it further, please, by all means, contact the RCMP. I have spoken with them previously when the cat and the rabbit were killed, so they are aware of this problem dog. Good luck.
