Bishop's University Film Festival - BUFF
IMAX producer Steven Morris is this year’s visiting film-industry judge for BUFF! The Montrealer has produced and directed the documentary Vann “Piano Man” Walls: The Spirit of R & B, which premiered at the Festival Nouveau Cinema in 2013, now available on CBC’s Documentary Channel and iTunes. Steven returns to campus Saturday and will meet with interested students, faculty, and members of the public for an informal discussion of his career in the film industry, the wonders of IMAX, and the challenges of producing films in an age of streaming and smartphones. The discussion will take place in the Centennial Lobby from 3-5pm this Saturday!
