Our Thursday Night Super League wrapped up last week and it consisted of some great shots and stiff competition. Congratulations to Team Ledding as they won two in a row over Team Thompson to win the AB Final.

Well it was a great 3 day event, another Open Bonspiel in the books. Thanks so much to all those who entered a team in the Bonspiel and participated. And a huge thank you to our many sponsors who so generously donated to make this year's Open Bonspiel another huge success! The team who took home the title of First in the First event was Brad Ledding's team. Featured below. 2 Person Funspiel

Grab 1 teammate and come out to have some fun in our Annual 2-Person Funspiel. Entry fee is $20/person.

Soup & Sandwich Luncheon

Come on down to the Curling Rink at lunch time on Jan 27 (11:00am-1:30pm) for a homecooked meal of soup, sandwich and dessert. Event is hosted and sponsored by the Shellbrook Seniors Curling Club.

Welcome all curlers! Cheers to a great start for our regular league. We have 6 teams registered for the Thursday night super league, 6 teams registered for the Wednesday night league and 7 teams registered for the Monday night league. All league games start at 7:30pm. We are actively looking for one more team for the Monday night league to even things out. If you know of anyone who may want to join a team as an individual or if you know of someone who may be interested in entering a full team for the Monday night league please call Ron at 747-3326.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE SKINS BONSPIEL HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO DEC 9 & 10 DUE TO A LATE HARVEST! Here's hoping for great weather for the next couple of weeks to let all those farmer's out there get the rest of their crops off before winter hits us again. If you wish to enter a team please contact Ron at 747-3326 or Joop at 747-2365. $200 Entry Fee/Team. Prize money will be $2,000 + a % of the entry fees!!
