Functional Fitness For a Functional Life Degree CrossFit Seaforth is owned and operated by by CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer- Kaleda Connell, located in Seaforth, Ontario. I am dedicated to helping new athletes find their fitness passion, and existing athletes push their limits. The program focuses on functional movement with Olympic lifting, gymnastics, some cardio, and we'll throw in a burpee or two here and there. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I want to help you make the most of it, and push you further- Any one can start and they can start anywhere.

We offer Personal Training, Group Classes and Specialty Courses.

The needs of each and everyone of us only differ in Degree, and not kind!

The biggest barrier to starting to run, or training for a race, is knowing where to start and sticking with it. With two group runs a week, plus one run to do on your own, we’ll build up to your goals and stay consistent! No previous running experience is necessary; just bring yourself, some enthusiasm, and your running shoes!
