Our fitness journey began in 2008 and has led us through many obstacles. By overcoming those obstacles, our vision is clear on how we want to conduct both business and fitness at StrongFit YXE.
Each and every member will be treated with the same respect, dedication and focus - no matter the ability, skill or fitness level.
We want our type of training to be more financially accessible, and will strive to bring membership costs even lower the more we grow.
Our team members are our most important assets, and we aim to take care of them to the best of our ability - personally and financially.
We hope to create a place where people look forward to spending a little time at each week. Something simple but powerful. Something that helps create a better everyday life for everyone involved. Hope you will join us on that journey.

All smiles after our 2.5 hour Learn-To-CrossFit session! - Thanks to the solid group of experienced members and coaches, our group of newbies stayed on track and were able to take a few things home to think about and practice. - Introduced properly, CrossFit can be a great method of exercise. At StrongFit, we do our best to keep our class sizes small to provide constant feedback, ensuring the safety of members and the best possible workout experience. - A mindful ratio of coaches to members, and of experienced to inexperienced members is important in keeping people safe. We adjust our schedule (as we have recently added an evening CrossFit class) in order to maintain that ratio and member experience. - Great job everyone, enjoy your newfound exercise knowledge!
Posting PR videos is fun and easy, but those PRs take a lot of focussed effort over time. I recall Mandy’s first ever strict pull-up and her struggles in initiating the pull. She has gone from one strict pull-up in January of 2016 to developing kipping and butterfly chest to bar pull-ups, multiple bar muscle-ups, multiple ring muscle-ups, while improving to 7 strict pull-ups. She has also been working diligently on dialling in her nutrition, which is imperative for those looking to improve gymnastics movements. - Coaches get the easy job - correct movement patterns, while people like Mandy are working towards their goals 24/7. - Great job Mandy, and congratulations on being the 2nd Fittest Woman in Saskatchewan in her age bracket! #CrossFitCL #comptrain #builtbybergeron #gymnasty #muscleups #pullups #fitchick
