Confederation Park Community School
Description
Confederation Park Community School is a vibrant Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 school that hosts Saskatoon Public Schools' Cree Language and Culture Program. Welcome to Confederation Park Community School. We are a vibrant school that is home to families of many cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds, including First Nations, Métis and new immigrants to Canada. We are a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 school, and host Saskatoon Public Schools' Cree Language and Culture Program from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 5. Free busing from anywhere in the city is included with this program.
Confederation Park has Resource Teachers on staff to support student learning. Programming for English as an Additional Language (EAL) students is also available. Our school houses an alternate educational program for students with special learning needs. We also have in our building a parent cooperative childcare facility. As they grow older, children from the daycare can easily transition to our school setting.
As a community school, we follow a community education model. This model supports learning for all members of our school family. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment. Our vision is To Cultivate the Full Potential within each Student. Confederation Park offers numerous learning opportunities and activities. We also provide several before school, noon hour and after school activities.
