The Garcelon Civic Center is a multi-purpose recreation, wellness, & conference facility located in the downtown core of St. Stephen, NB. Inside The Town of St. Stephen's Garcelon Civic Center premier multi-purpose facility you will find the Quartermain Arena, the Sunlife walking/jogging track, the Aquatic and fitness Center, and the Culture, Community, and Conference Center.

Are you looking for worK? We have positions available under the SEED program. If you have a voucher and are looking for work please call Barb Tucker 467-3024 at the Garcelon Civic Center to discuss current openings for summer employment and arrange an interview. Student Employment Experience Development Program:The (SEED) Program pairs post-secondary students with New Brunswick employers during the summer months. Prospective employers can fill an online posting to offer jobs to students who received a voucher. The vouchers issued to students qualify them for the program.
