New patients We are happy to announce that Dr Berardi has reached her goal of accepting a total of 100 patients from the cities of Clarence-Rockland, including Hammond, Cheney, Bourget and St-Pascal Baylon. As mentioned previously, the Ministry of Health has agreed that Dr. Berardi can join the clinic on condition that the majority of her practice comes from the following communities. Alfred, Wendover, Curran, Lefaivre, Casselman, Limoges, Cumberland, Navan, Sarsfield, Vars and Crysler. Please note that Dr. Berardi is still accepting patient from these current regions. Please note that no transfers will be accepted for those who are already patients of the Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team, without exception. If you do not currently have a family doctor, please come to the clinic with your health card to register or you can call us at 613-446-7677.
