March Schedule... Sorry it is late. Note Strength and stretch is on Thursday this week not Wednesday and Paulette's Hatha class is canceled on March 27th.
Mel will be cancelling her class for awhile due to low attendance we will miss her dearly.
Hey to my Soulstice family! I'd like to thank you all so much for making my classes part of your healthy lifestyle. I've been invited to compete for Team Canada at the World Multi-Sport Championships this summer! With this invitation, I've decided to take time for my own personal growth and training. Unfortunately, with this decision being made, I won't be continuing with my class at Soulstice. So sorry for the inconvenience and I wish you all the very best on your own personal journeys to greatness!! Remember that change and trying can be scary but what do you have to loose? Look after and love yourself because you just never know what you're capable of! Don't leave the lid on your jar, I took mine off and I'm headed to a spot competing for my nation, pretty cool beans if you ask me!
