It is time again for the annual nominating process for our Branch. The Nominating Committee has been assembled, and will start phoning members to find out if they wish to sit on our Executive for the coming year. If you are interested in joining our Executive, please let the Branch know. You must be a member in good standing for one year to be eligible. If we cannot assemble an Executive, we will lose our Charter, and our doors will be closed. Please read the attached correspondence prepared by our Chaplain/Sgt. at Arms, Rev. Bruce Ferguson. If you feel you are not quite ready for the Executive, you could volunteer to sit on one of our committees. A very successful evening for the Tim Megrath fundraiser. So many people to thank - Fifth Street, and Paul Manwell for the music, everyone who donated items to the silent auction, our Ladies Auxiliary for the late lunch, and most of all of you - everyone who came out to support Tim and Kim. Without all of you, this would not have been the success that it was. Thank you.

The Remembrance Poster, Poem and Essay Contest (District level) results are in! Savana Pinsent placed 3rd in the Senior Black & White category, Alexa Narezny placed 2nd in the Senior Essay category and Alexandra Wright placed 1st in the Junior Poem category. Congratulations!

The Renfrew Silver Seniors noon hour luncheon will be held today. Please bring a donation of food or money for the food bank. New members are always welcome. $5/yearly membership.
