⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I have been working with Evolution Fitness for just over a year now. What inspires me most about working here is meeting new people on a daily basis looking to change their lives. I meet, and get to learn about, all sorts of people from every walk of life, all day everyday, and I honestly think that’s pretty awesome. I’m also a softie, so it’s common when hearing certain stories for me to get a little emotional. The best part is seeing them commit, and transform over the weeks. Their smiles become brighter. Working at Evolution has taught me to take more time to get to know someone else and their struggles instead of just dwelling on my own problems. It has taught me to get out of my head and focus on the person in front of me. It’s also a cool opportunity in a technology-driven time to actually connect. That is something this job has taught me that I’ll take with me for the rest of my life. Sort of ties into the ending of one of my favourite quotes by Groucho Marx, “I have just one day, and I am going to be happy”. It really is important to remember to be present." - Kolby Keens 🌟 #MEETtheFAMILY

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 "I've been a member since November! What inspires me the most is knowing I'm doing something good for my health, both physically and mentally. You only get one body so you should treat it the best possible! My favourite thing about Evolution is the awesome front staff. They are always so friendly and happy. Being a very busy person I am always on the go! So the little amount of free time I get is more than likely spent challenging myself in the gym or getting outside for fresh air and walks." - Amanda Schill #MEETtheFAMILY

🌟 #nutritionTIPtuesday FATS – Good or bad? Good fats are essential, as they help you absorb fat-soluble nutrients your body needs (such as vitamin A, D, E, and K). They also help you to absorb antioxidants! Not sure what good fats are? Not to worry! Here’s a short list of AWESOME fats to start incorporating into your diet: coconut, avocado, grass-fed beef, nuts, and even dark chocolate (for those chocoholics out there).
