It appears we are still having issues with our phones. We have a main line 905-885-6313 as well as a "roll over line" 905-885-6314. What appears to be happening is if both lines are busy our customers are recieving a message "The customer you have dialed is currently unavailable, please try your call again". We used Bell Canada for years until we had a patch of very poor customer service over a technical issue. We switched to Cogeco for two years with a few technical issues that were also an issue. I might add we had great customer service with Cogeco we just couldn't resolve a technical issue with the Voice over IP system they use. So once again we are back with Bell and struggling to find a solution. We have had 4 or 5 Techs onsite and we have even replaced all of our physical lines within the building. I am sure we will establish a solution but once again I am struggling with inconsistent customer service with Bell. I just felt it was necessary to inform or customers of our current struggles. We hear our customers concern and frustrations and we are doing everything we can to resolve it. So please be patient and if you get an odd message that we are unavailable please call back. We are absolutely there waiting for your call and to serve you. Thank you for your business Trevor.

Each year for the past 10 years there are at least 2 or 3 people that ask me if the rumor is true that we are closing. I have been at Jim's since 1989 and have owned it since 2006. I have no plan on closing and if our fantastic customers continue to support us we will hopefully still be baking pizzas for another 40 years! Love being a slice of Port Hope!
