Sister Mary Regina (Colleen Noiles Brooks), is Mother Superior of the Little Sister of Hoboken. Born into a circus family of tightrope walkers, she entered the convent after the Lord saved her parents from a tragic fall into the River Thames. She returned to performing when the convent cook accidentally poisoned 52 of her sisters and it was necessary to raise money for the burial. When she is not performing, she is the principal of Mount Saint Helen's School.

Sister Mary Hubert (Brittany Danielle Marie Johnson) is the Mistress of Novices. She is second in command and teaches new recruits to the order. She is something of a drill sergeant, however, she insists that her methods are "gentle, but firm."

Sister Robert Anne (Lauralee Edge) hails from Brooklyn and is an ex-gang member. She was arrested at a young age and placed in Saint Clare's school for the Deplorable and that is where she turned her life around and became a nun.

Sister Mary Leo (Bronwynn) began dancing at the age of 6. She joined the Notgudenov Russian Ballet of Peoria and met 2 of the Sisters of Hoboken who were there playing in the National Bingo Championships. It was then that she decided to join the Order and dedicate her life to God through the dance.

Introducing the sisters of NUNSENSATIONS The Nunsense Vegas Review! First up is Sister Mary Paul (Nicole Saugstad) a.k.a. Sister Amnesia. This country singing nun lost her memory when a crucifix fell on her head. Although she has recovered her memory, she's still a little whacky. Her best friend is her puppet, Sister Mary Annette.
