It offers ample room for parking, a warm, sheltered, grassy park and sandy beach. Industry to recreation. Non-motorized public access to Alberni inlet.

I forgot one... the trail to McLean Mill (E&N *beside* the tracks) could split off near Kitsuksis and follow the old Great Central right of way... delivering a level walk/bike path potentially all the way to Sproat Lake Provincial Park and Great Central Lake!
