This is the Town of Ponoka's Official Facebook page. This page is a place to share information, celebrate together, ask questions and discuss our programs or plans for the future. We hope everyone enjoys taking part and appreciate hearing from residents, business, industry and visitors!

Social Media Participation Guidelines
The Town of Ponoka encourages everyone to participate in our social media via Facebook and Twitter. Social media enables us to provide information quickly, share pictures, and repost information of interest to people who live and work in Ponoka. Information posted on social media is done by authorized Town staff and is considered public information. You may address questions or comments to the Town publicly, but please remember that it will be visible and remain on the site for others to see. You may also contact the Town by phone or email with your questions. The Town phone number is 403-783-4431. Our general email address is town@ponoka.org. Town staff are working diligently to get the Splash Park ready for the summer season. We will advise when the park is open for the season.
Compost Pickup >starting May 1 the GREEN compost bin will be picked up every week. Remember to move bin off street once it has been emptied.
Please note that there will be garbage pickup on Monday, May 22 in the Town of Ponoka - have a safe May long weekend!
