It is about the beauty, and the flaws, and the potential of a little city that really is so close to being a place to stay forever. This is a bit of an ego project for sure, but I feel it is as good a time as any to share this series of photos with you. CALL FOR ARTISTS. BEASTIES AND BOTS (April 12 - June 2). 1-3 pieces featuring (or inspired by) mythical beasts and wicked cool robots. Deadline for participation: February 18. Deadline for completed work: April 2. Email submissions@saintgermaincafe.com or message us through our FB page if you'd like to take part. One of my favourite art shows in Vancouver every year was Ayden Gallery's ROBOTS & MONSTERS. I mean, we do have one of the greatest beasties in the world swimming around in Okanagan Lake.
