The Arrowsmith Potters' Guild is located at the Via Rail Train Station in Parksville on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada - the oldest existing station left on the historic E&N Railway line.  We have a well-equipped studio space as well as a Pottery store that is open daily.

We hold a wide variety of events at the Station Pottery Store and Studio, including beginners and intermediate hand-building and throwing classes, workshops and special events with visiting potters. Our well equipped studio includes 8 Pacifia wheels, extruder, slab roller, pug mill, kilns and glaze area.

Call, drop-in or visit our website for membership information as well as class and workshop schedules.

We teach pottery and educate community about pottery and its uses.
We cater to birthday parties, parent & child time, family or corporate events. Talk to us about scheduling classes for your group.  We have new events and activities for the whole family.

We meet monthly on the second Wednesday at 7 pm, for business, comradery and sharing information.  (No meetings in July and August)

Come join us and have fun!

To find us, take Exit 51 into Parksville from the Inland Island Highway #19. Look for the Water Tower and turn right to the Guild's Station Gallery and Studio.

This month the Arrowsmith Potters' Guild is pleased to announce Anne Busink has been made a lifetime honorary member of the guild. Anne has been a member for 19 years. She started doing ceramics 25 years ago working on bisque ware and focusing on surface decoration. This led her to classes in throwing and handbuilding her own designs. She makes predominantly functional ware and small sculptural pieces in mid fire . What does she like most about being part of the guild ? - the friendship and shared learning that comes with being part of a community of potters. We are thrilled to benefit from Anne's years of experience and positive outlook. Congratulations Anne.
